Chrysalis City Central Northward
A magic shop operating out of a tall, narrow townhouse that seems to have more floors on the inside than its exterior suggests. The proprietor—an older gnome named Vesla who answers questions about her age with cheerful deflection—stocks spell components, minor enchanted items, scrolls, and the occasional curiosity of uncertain provenance.
The Arcane Exchange caters to a mixed clientele: students from Snowford who need components, mages from Mistheart who want things sourced discreetly, and adventurers passing through who need something they couldn’t find at the gatehouse. Vesla asks few questions and charges accordingly.
