Chrysalis City Central Mistheart
Mistheart’s unofficial institution of advanced magical study has no formal charter, no standard enrollment process, and no building that reliably occupies the same footprint two visits running—or so its residents claim. In practice it functions as a loose collective of advanced mages who share resources, debate theory, and occasionally collaborate on research that Snowford’s more conventional scholars consider either unviable or inadvisable. Admission is by invitation from a current member.
