Description
Elis Kulf is the Head Researcher and current Speaker of Chrysalis Labs, the most advanced tech organization on Terra, based in Chrysalis City. He has also served as City Mayor for six years — a concentration of power that has become a central point of attack from his political rivals in the upcoming election.
Motivations
- Technological Dominance — Wants Chrysalis City to become the technological hub of the world, not just the island. He intends to push the boundaries of medical and technological advancement, making Chrysalis Labs the leading institution globally.
- Public Health Improvements — Aims to introduce advanced healthcare systems to all towns on the island, reducing mortality rates and increasing quality of life. He genuinely believes the Labs can solve oripathy.
